Zucardo — Support

Zucardo identifies trading cards from a photo and shows what they are worth. Point the camera at a card, and the app recognises the exact printing on your device and looks up its market price.

Getting help

The fastest way to reach us is from inside the app: Me → Feedback. That attaches your device model and app version automatically, which is usually what we need to reproduce a problem.

You can also email info@zucardo.com. We aim to reply within a few business days.

Common questions

The app identified my card incorrectly

Tap the ✗ on the result. That sends us the cropped picture and what the app guessed, which is exactly what we use to fix the recognition. It is the single most useful thing you can do, and it takes one tap.

A card shows no price, or a price that looks wrong

Prices come from public marketplace sources and can be missing, delayed, or simply thin for a rarely traded card. A card with very few recorded sales may show no price at all rather than a misleading one — we would rather show nothing than a wrong number. If a price looks clearly wrong, report it from the card's detail page.

My scan says "unknown" or shows a name with a question mark

The app is telling you it is not confident. That is deliberate: a confident wrong answer is worse than an honest uncertain one. Try better light, fill more of the frame with the card, and avoid glare on foil cards.

I signed in and my collection is empty

Signing in with Apple and signing in with Google create separate accounts unless they use the same email address. If you used Apple's Hide My Email, that address never matches your Google one, so it is always its own account. Sign out and back in with the method you first used.

How do I delete my account?

Me → Delete account, inside the app. It removes your profile, Card Dex, Wish List, activity and any feedback tied to your account. No email exchange is needed.

Which cards are supported?

English and Japanese printings of Pokémon and One Piece. Other languages and other games are not supported, and the app will say it cannot identify them rather than guess.

Privacy

What the app collects, and what it does not, is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
